TP/FT-10 Network Terminator
DESCRIPTION
Free Topology Transceiver (FTT)/ Linked Power Transceiver (LPT) networks require termination to provide reliable and robust network communication. Depending on the network topology, one or more S-TERM-F Network Terminators may be required, see Figures 1 5. The S-TERM-F has been designed to be a high performance and low cost TP/FT-10 (FTT/LPT) network terminator that can accommodate the most rigorous installation challenges. A shrink tube protests the termination circuitry from environmental conditions allowing installation any where throughout a network. The S-TERM-F has pre-spliced wires that can be directly connected for easy and fast single and double termination. The quickest method to attach an S-TERM-F is at the network terminals of a controller as shown in Figure 7 and 8. Materials and components have been selected that are rated for UL 94-V0. The S-TERM-F is manufactured with no leaded materials and is CE Mark compliant.
