Introduction:
Numbers are everywhere! Numbers are a mathematical object
that we use in counting, measuring and determining the quantity of an object.
In this lesson we will learn about the numbers up to 10 000.

10 tens = 1 hundred
10 hundreds= 1 thousand
In 3 468, the digit 8 is in the ones place.
Its value is 8
