Root Cause of every problem in Astrology
What Makes you cry or suffer: Its 8th and 12th house only. However 8th house
is mainly responsible as it gives you pain, suffering, humiliation and many
other things like this. 12th house gives you expenditure and loss only, but
when got connected to 8th house there will be major and drastic losses
resulting in pain and suffering. Therefore whenever someone comes to you,
you need to see how the 8th and 12th houses are active, mainly 8th.
Remedial Basis of 8th and 12th house:
Before entering into field of astrology, I used to visit an astrologer near my
place but he is no more. I always noticed that he used to advice people to
visit hospitals court and police stations on frequent basis and drink or having
some food there. I always wonder why he used to say so.
After entering into field of astrology, I observed that an individual used to
visit hospitals, court and police stations especially when 8 th house is
operating in MAP. Logically if you are visiting these places when houses
related to these places are getting activated in MAP. If you are doing this
intentionally then events related to these places may bypass as you are
already there where your planets wants you to be.
I have noticed that a doctor have all the combinations of a patient having
the most serious diseases. If you look at the chart of a hospitalized patient
and a doctor, you will notice that both have 6th, 8th and 12th house in
operation in MAP. It clearly shows that god has finalized a destination for
every individual and it is fixed. But the way of reaching that point could be
different based on the selection through your karma. This is the point where
an astrologer can create a difference in your life by telling you the right
choice.
If you are already performing an activity related to a bad house, then the
intensity of that house get lowered. For example, if 8th house is activated
during MAP, then doing astrology as a profession or business is good for
you. Also there will be lesser need of performing any remedy related to 8 th
house. Same way if you are experiencing bad results of 12th house like loses,
huge expenditure or isolation, then you can positively utilize the energy of
this house by start investing, getting involved in a business involved in
import or export and most important is doing charity.
Planets related to 8th and 12th house are like products whose GST you have
to pay. Now you have two options, either you pay your GST regularly or you
have to pay it all of a sudden with a huge penalty. Therefore it is advised in
earlier time to do charity on regular basis. Some religions are advised to
donate 10% percent of their earning in charitable work. If we look at this

regular basis and visiting court regularly.
8th house: Practicing astrology, working as an insurance agent, involved in
any technical work, blood donations on regular basis.
12th house: Meditation, going to shopping mall and spending there, long
journeys to places where environment changes, going to hospitals on
regular basis and having food or spending some time there and doing charity
regularly.

Nadi Nakshatra Vastu
Vastu and astrology are being treated as two different sciences but in actual
they are two sides of a same coin. Whenever you are experiencing any
problem due to bad combination in your chart. Same combination will be
experienced in your vastu also. I have experienced in many cases that
whenever your MAP is in operation. You used to bring more and more
things related to the planet causing problems in MAP. Also the directions
related to these planets got affected due to some elemental imbalance.
Basic rule of Nadi Nakshatra Vastu:
1. First of all see the directions of planets operating in MAP.
2. Check which planet is responsible for your current situation.
3. Remove the articles or objects related to the problematic planet from
the concerned zone in vastu.
4. Use remedies of those planets only which are well placed in your
horoscope.
5. See the most problematic planets in your horoscope which are
connected to 8th and 12th house (especially 8th). Remove the articles
related to these planets from your house. Also try to avoid using the
things related to these planets. This you have to follow forever.
This is my practical experience that whenever someone is in very damaging
position in his/her life. I observed that most of the people are doing exactly
what they are not supposed to do. For example if someone’s Rahu is active
in MAP and it is not very well placed. You will see that person will use more
and more things related to Rahu like buying more and more gadgets
watches, blue color clothes and other things related to Rahu.
Planets also create their effects even in the food we eat. For example if
Jupiter is not well placed in the chart, then having yellow eatables in your
daily meal may not be good for you. The reason is that the planetary energy
related to these food items may not work well for you.
Now days, most of the people are using vastu remedies to get the desired
results. But before that one should check whether the planet related to the
remedy is well placed in your chart. One of my client called me from
Bangalore and said that he is not having work for a long time. I asked him
what remedy he has applied in his house. Very first remedy he told me was
green landscape. My very next advise to him is to remove that remedy.
Reason was simple and straight, Mercury was offering the result of 12 th
house in his horoscope. Therefore it is always necessary to consider your
planetary position while using any vastu remedy. Otherwise vastu remedy
can bring havoc in your life.
Case Study 1: Not getting loans due to placement of white horses in
North West.
Birth Details: 14/11/1977 Time: 2:10 AM Place: Jalandhar
The native’s Moon is active in MAP. Moon remedy (White Horse) was
applied in North West to get loans for the new property he was planning to
purchase. Every effort of his was getting loan become waste. I advised him
to remove the white horses and put them in a temple nearby. Very next
week he got a financial aid of 2lac from a bank. Few days back he called up
and said, “Sir Plot ki registry ho gayi”. I congratulated him and wish him luck
for his future.
Case Study 2: Facing Financial Crunches due to kitchen in south East.
This person was running 7 years Mars Mahadasha from November 2010 to
November 2017. During this dasha he faced a lot of cash crunches and
unexpected losses. Now Mars is the planet related to kitchen in vastu as
base element is fire. Kitchen is considered best in south east as it is believed
that kitchen placed here gives you good cash liquidity. But in this case
nothing like this happened.
Now look at the placement of Mars in the horoscope. It is offering the result
of 8th house.
Logic is very clear from the above two cases. Whatever object or activity is
placed in any zone of a house. If the planet related to the activity or object is
badly placed. It will harm the significations of the related zone in vastu.
What we have learnt so far????
Steps which should be checked before giving any Astro Vastu remedy in
Nakshatra Nadi vastu.
1. Check how 8th and 12th house are getting activated in MAP.
2. Check which planet is getting connected to these houses.
3. Donate the articles related to these planets or throwing them away in
a river so that their energy becomes weaker.
4. Reduce the planetary energy from your house by removing the
articles/objects of planets which are not well placed in your
horoscope.
5. Look at the bad planets operating in MAP. Remove the planetary
articles from the concerned vastu zone of your house.
6. Use more and more vastu remedies, objects and colors of those
planets only which are acting favorable in your horoscope.
