party, secure-creditor with power of attorney general, and Executor on behalf of the ALL CAPS
NAME ESTATE, is in possession of a recent letter indicating the prior account with Capital one
Services has sold my account information to your organization on April 14, 2022.

Midland Credit Management, Inc., must herein provide a true and certified copy of the complete
audit trail of said account. As you are aware, statements cannot be used to provide proof of any
debt. Please send a True Bill along with the complete audit trail. Furthermore, in order for
Midland Credit Management, Inc., to validate the debt, please provide verification through audit
certification of debt entry in accordance with g.a.a.p., International-Financial-Reporting-
Standards [i.f.r.s.], and in accordance with Basel 3 accord and u.n.c.i.t.r.a.l. conventions. I am
requesting an accounting of this account from the inception of the original date of the account
being opened, to include all statements. I will also need a copy of your Tax Registration
certificate!

Furthermore, I have attached a W9 IRS form and the FR2046 form to be filled out and returned
back to me within 10 days.

Failure to substantiate the claim made, please settle this account immediately within the next
thirty days.
