1. Reference: Memorandum from TADIDM dated September 16, 2022 with


subject same as above.

2. This pertains to one of the actionable items discussed during conference


presided over by the CPNP which is to coordinate with all secros/LGUs for the copy
of CCTV footages where the incident transpired in aid of investigation and to ensure
the security of persons who provided copy of CCTV footages.

3. In this regard, direct your respective investigators to coordinate with all


sectors/LGUs to obtain a copy of CCTV footages of KFRs, Abductions, Serious
Illegal Detentions of Foreign Nationals, and other POGO-related incidents that
transpired in your respective AOR and ensure the security of persons who provided
the same. Submit the soft copy of collected CCTV footages of said incidents to this
Office (Attn: RIDMD) NLT 5:00 PM of September 23, 2022.
