Service Agreement

ARTICLES OF AGREEMENTS made at Bhubaneswar on date 08.09.2022

BETWEEN

SAKA Systems and Services Pvt. Ltd., Bhubaneswar, (hereinafter referred to as ‘THE COMPANY”) of
the FIRST PART.

AND:

Mr. Prabhudatta Bhuyan S/o Ashis Kumar Bhuyan having Aadhaar Number: 201842693469
residing at Nampo, PO - Nampo, PS - Nampo, Baleswar, Odisha 756034 (hereinafter referred
to as “THE CANDIDATE”) of the SECOND PART.

The expressions shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the context be deemed to include
their heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns.

WHEREAS the Company is involved in the business of Training, Consulting and Deployment
in “SAP” specialized field covering.
AND WHEREAS, the duration of the training/guidance is for 12 months.
AND WHEREAS, the Surety has on the request of the candidate agreed to guarantee to the
company, the due observation by the candidate of the terms and conditions of this
Agreement.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. After signing this agreement, the candidate will get into a contract for a period of 12
months from date …../……/…….. where the company has agreed to impart training to
the candidate for a period of six months. All the training / learning related expenses
will be borne by the company. Post completion of training the company will help the
candidate in getting placed in various renowned organizations to pursue their career.
2. Post getting a job, the candidate is agreed to repay for all the services provided by
the company earlier and he/she will keep 20% of the salary amount with him and the
rest will be given to the company for the given agreement period. The company will
ensure supporting the candidate in his/her assignments.
3. Post completion of the agreement period (12 months), if the candidate wants to
continue to take the services of the company then the company will look for
available options to accommodate that request. Any violation of this agreement, the
candidate is agreed to pay Rs: 2,00,000/- to the company.
4. The candidate has to pay for any damages made to the company assets. The
company reserves the right to terminate the services of the candidate anytime in
case of any breach of conduct such as sexual harassment, unprofessional behavior,
disclosure of client data, non-performance, or non-adherence to company policies.
5. NDA-Candidates are strictly prohibited from sharing any company information, client
information and business related documents without prior consent of the director of
the company.
6. The candidates are strictly prohibited from doing any additional jobs while serving in
this agreement.
7. Discipline is a must, you should be respectful to others and should not be involved in
sexual harrassment and other such criminal acts.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF THE PARTIES HERE TO HAVE EXECUTED THESE
PRESENTS THE DAY, MONTH AND YEAR FIRST HEREIN ABOVE MENTIONED.
