Team Colors:

- black -Grade 9
- blue - Grade 8
- pink - Grade 7
- red- Grade 10
Games and Activities to be prepared by the Junior faculty:

SCIENCE QUIZ BEE


- Each team color must assign 3 representatives.
- Each team must provide their own small whiteboards, whiteboard markers, and erasers.
The scratch paper per team is provided by the JUNIOR FACULTY.
- Questions are divided into Easy 10 items, Moderate 5 items, Difficult 5 items.
- Each team has 15 seconds to answer in the Easy and Moderate round and have 1
minute to answer for the Difficult round.
- After the timer of 15 seconds, the teams must raise their own whiteboards. Failure to do
so will lead to no accumulated points.
- The team with the most accumulated points would automatically be titled as 1st place,
followed by the 2nd and 3rd place.

MATH QUIZ BEE


- Each team color must assign 3 representatives.
- Each team must provide their own small whiteboards, whiteboard markers, and erasers.

POSTER MAKING
- The poster making has no limit for representatives. We would be basing our contestants
with the list of students who answered the Google Forms.
- All representatives are tasked to create a poster relating to Math and Science during this
New Normal.
- All posters must be made on the spot.
- All representatives have 2 hours and a half to finish the poster.
- All representatives are assigned to bring their own 1/8 illustration board, art materials
and such needed for the poster.
- The participants should draw their output on a 1/8 Illustration board.
- The representatives are tasked to create a poster relating to Math and Science.
- The art must have originality.
- No printed output for ideas should be brought.
Criteria:
- Relevance to the theme – 50%
- Creativity – 30%
- Originality – 20%
Total – 100%

CHESS
- Each team color must assign 1 representative.
- The chess rules will be discussed before the game begins.
- Will follow the bracket

SCRABBLE
- Each team color must assign 1 representative.
- The representatives are prohibited to use their phones and dictionaries.
- The scrabble rules will be discussed before the game begins.
- Will follow the bracket

SUDOKU
- Each team color must assign 1 representative.
- Each row must contain the numbers from 1 to 9, without repetitions.
- The digits can only occur once per block (nonet)
- The sum of every single row, column and nonet must equal to 45
