MOTICAMSERIES B1SERIES

Motic’s B1 series has long been a stalwart of reliable microscopy providing

a solid platform for imaging. For the 2016-2017 model year, we upgrade
the B1 with new optics and mechanics normally only found in more expen-
sive models, we have ensured this line’s competitiveness and performance
well into the next decade.

The upgrades include changes to the entry level objectives which now start
at Motic’s new Semi-Plan configuration. The B1 series also comes
equipped with a new rack-less stage, which allows the microscope to be
used in different current and future tenders. In order to provide enough
light to Brightfield, Phase Contrast as well as Darkfield applications, the
illumination has been changed to Motic’s powerful true 3W LED keeping the
system cool as well as properly illuminated with steady color-temperature.
 B3SERIES PHASE CONTRAST TURRET SOLUTION

As a natural progression of the popular B1 series, the more advanced B3

series offers features for the more demanding user. A standard Siedentopf
head configuration allows for interpupillary distance adjustment without
the need for refocusing. The superior Koehler Illumination system offers
ample illumination, making this series ideal for Lab work. Choose between
ASC (Achromatic Super Contrast), Plan Achromatic or even the latest
addition to this range, the NEW Phase Contrast version with turret condenser,
all of which have an unbeatable price-quality ratio.
