2. That on ______________________, we executed an Extrajudicial Settlement


with Sale over portions of the above property with a total area of 37,825
square meters in favor of SPOUSES ZOSIMO V. ADOBO and GEMMA
GARCIA ADOBO for the amount of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS(Php300,000.00), and received in cash the said amount;

3. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing


facts and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
