Terms and conditions

SCOPE OF WORK: Our scope of work under this offer covers Development of Pattern and tooling, Procurement of Raw Material, Manufacturing of Casting, cleaning/fettling, Inspection, packing
and supply of subject item as per your drawing/Technical specification.

MATERIAL: Ductile Iron.

PAINT FINISH : We have consider black bitumenous paint, please conform in case of any other finish will required, this will may change the prices of the items

TECHNICAL: Castings will be supplied as per BS EN 124. Kite Mark is not available at present.

TEST CERTIFICATE: Our is an ISO 9001:2015 company. If required, heat wise material test certificate will be furnished from our works QA department at the time of inspection/along with supply.

INSPECTION: If required, the inspection shall be at our works by your inspecting officer at your cost before dispatch and the same would be treated final and binding on both the parties.

PAYMENT TERMS: 30% advance alongwith purchase order balance against Performa Invoice before dispath of material.

PRICES: The quoted prices are C&F, Abu Dhabi Port. Price quoted are for full quantity as mentioned in our offer. Decrease in quantities may lead to change in offered prices.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Will be mutually discussed & finalized.
