1) The monthly safety report provides statistics on staffing levels, training conducted, inspections performed, incidents reported, and environmental observations for projects in 2022. 2) Key metrics include man-hours worked, near misses reported, fatalities, lost time injuries, safety meetings and trainings attended, safety inspections conducted, and open safety and environmental observations. 3) The report requires project managers to submit records of attendance, inspections, observations, incidents, and corrective actions in order to monitor safety performance across sites on a monthly basis.
