The executive order creates a Barangay Planning Team (BPT) to represent different sectors in Barangay Paniangan, Misamis Oriental. The BPT will be composed of representatives from women's organizations, farmers' organizations, youth groups, senior citizens, health workers, barangay officials, and schools. The BPT will conduct studies and surveys to formulate the barangay development plan, integrate planning results into the Barangay Development Plan and Annual Investment Plan, and serve as the secretariat for the Barangay Development Council. AN ORDER CREATING BARANGAY PLANNING TEAM (BPT) TO REPRESENT EVERY


SECTORS OF BARANGAY PANIANGAN, MANTICAO, MISAMIS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, there is a need to create for Barangay Planning Team (BPT) in order to formulate a most
reasonable barangay development plans based in the situations in every Purok of the barangay;

WHEREAS, Barangay Planning Team (BPT) is necessary so that all of the problems and situations in the
barangay are fully considered through surveys and analysis;

WHEREAS, The planning process in crafting the Barangay Development Plan is not an easy task which
cannot be done in only one sector in the barangay, hence the necessity of the creation of the Barangay
Planning Team (BPT);

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RENE S. FABRIA, Punong Barangay of Paniangan, Manticao, Misamis


Oriental, by virtue of the powers vested upon me by law, do hereby order to create the BARANGAY
PLANNING TEAM (BPT) for the purpose.

Section 1. COMPOSITION
The BPT shall represent the different sectors within the Barangay who

BPT Head: LUDY D. ELLO, Barangay Kagawad/Committee on Public Works & Infra. Dev.

BPT Secretary: RICHIE B. SALO, Barangay Secretary

Members: MARY JANE T. NOB, President, KALIPI Women’s Org.


JULITO C. MANGUYANON, President, NAMAGPAKA Farmers’ Org.
JUNNA J. HERMOSO, Purok Federated President
LELA T. LUYAHAN, President, Senior Citizens-Paniangan Chapter
GRACE A. LABIS, President, BHW
EMILY M. ARSULA, BNS
LITO J. MABILIN, Barangay Tanod Chief
JAIME A. MEOT, President, PWD
DANICCA A. CAMARA, SK Chair, Youth Sector
MARIGE A. CAPILLANES, School Representative
EUFRONIA MICUTUAN, Day Care Representative

Section 2. FUNCTION
The following shall be the functions of the BPT, to wit:
1. Shall serve as the Technical Working Group of the Barangay in conducting the studies,
surveys, analysis, organization of barangay consultations and putting together reports
necessary in the formulation of the Barangay Development Plan;
2. Shall serve as the primary developmental planning body in the Barangay in which plans
derived from surveys and studies will be integrated in the BDP and AIP; and
3. Shall serve as the Secretariat of the Barangay Development Council (BDC).

Section 6. EFFECTIVITY
This Order shall take effect immediately.
