Note: This spreadsheet requires data entries on rows 7 to 17 for drilling parameters and rows 34 to 39 for retort data.
The spreadsheet should automatically make the calculations and fill in the remainder of the report form.
Rows 35 & 36 should be the weight of the retort chamber with lid & steel wool.
Row 37, 38, & 39 calculate the weight of oil by weighing the total retorted liquids, then subtracting the weight of water.

1 Receive SBM from SL-25 to fill up pit #2 and 200bbls into pit #3 (This should
give us a safety net of 270bbls if needed for cement returns should boat not tie
up)
2 Transfer 240bbls from pit #1 to boat (SL-25) leaving about 230bbls behind in pit
to circulate casing and displace cement. This should be done after running
casing on bottom and before cementing.
4 Shoud boat not be able to tie-up, receive cement-displaced mud into pit #1 to
capacity and remaining 131bbls into pit #3.
Casing Displacement
6 Displace casing volume (+/-500bbls) using CaCO3 SBM (10.3ppg) from pits #2
and #3, taking returns into pit #1. Note that #1 is expected to be empty at this
stage.
7 Change returns to #2 (suction pit) upon fill-up #1 and circulate till mud weight in
and out balances out to 10.5ppg.
8 Receive CaCO3 SBM from boat (Moray) into pit #3 to create space in boat for
backload.
Essential Figures:
Casing Steel Displacement = 117bbls
Cement Returns = 421bbls
Casing Volume = 500bbls
Available Displacement Mud Vol = 710bbls
Proposed Sequence for Well-bore Displacement of WBM to Brine

2 Transfer 50bbl mud from active 2B to slug pit & add 2sxs XCD + 1 sxs Pac R
3 caustic pill Use Pill pit for preparation. (4sxs caustic / 50bbl H2O)
4 hivis push pill* pump 18bbls (3m3; stk)
5 dirt mag (chem wash) 4drums/130bbl H2O (3.8 vol% coverage legnth of 814m or 2672ft); use Reserve 4A.
6 hivis push pill 35bbls
7 water enough to fill the hole & maintain circulation
8 hivis push pill 35bbls
9 brine filtered to fill the hole
*Transfer remaining mud in Active 2B to Active 2A and clean up Actv 2B (plus lines shoud be flushed with clean water)
Prepare 120bbls of hivis pill (12sxs of Xanplex in 120bbls clean drill water; I.e. 5.5ppb of XCD), and pumped as required.
