Advantage & Disadvantage of Computer

Computers provide many advantages like allowing global communication through email and internet, easy backup and recovery of files, and new opportunities for education. However, overuse of computers can negatively impact health by increasing risks of injuries from prolonged sitting and poor posture. Excessive computer use and waste also harm the environment when toxic chemicals are released.

differentiated lessons.
DISADVANTAGES
HEALTH RISKS

Prolonged use of computer might lead to disorder of injuries of


the wrist, neck, back and eyes.
IMPACT ON ENVIRONMENT
• Manufacturing process of computer and computer wastes
are harmful to the environment.
• When computer junk is discarded in open ground, they
release harmful chemicals like lead and mercury to the
environment.
• Disposed computer can cause fire.
CAUSES POOR BLOOD CIRCULATION

• Excess use of computer can also cause poor blood


circulation because of sitting almost all the time.
LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
• As computer are becoming more and more easy to access
we are becoming unbelievably lazy and physically inactive.
• We send most of the time in front of the computer and have
left the physical activities like games, sports etc.
