Introduction to the Green Partnership of Industrial Parks in China

With the guidance and support of the Ministry of

Commerce（MOFCOM）, Green Partnership of
Industrial Parks in China (GPIP) was jointly initiated
on August 20th , 2016 by 36 leading National
Economic & Technological Development
Zones(NETDZs), including Suzhou,Guangzhou,
Beijing and Tianjin and other top national
economic zones which have made outstanding
achievements in green development and upgrading.
In the past 5 years, GPIP has been workign
towards economic growth and ecological protection
to facilitate green transition and high quality
development for NETDZs as well as international
cooperation between industrial parks.

Environmental Information Management Intelligent Platforms for Industrial Parks

积极探索创新绿色智慧信息化服务平台，
为各类园区提供了智慧环保、智慧无废、
智慧能源等平台建设服务。其中碳排放管
理平台，能够实现园区碳排放核算、智能
数据分析、碳资产管理、碳排放报告编制、
碳相关信息披露等功能，现已有145家园
区，540家企业正在使用。

Green Mechanism Research on Industrial Parks
落实国家政策，开展工业园区绿色发展与国际合作机制体制研究

围绕绿色低碳循环等领域，通过咨询课题、培训会议等服务模式，为发改委、商务部、工信部、生态环境部提供
了专项课题支撑，为全国各级各类园区60余家提供能力建设、专家巡诊、试点建设研究支持、为企业200余家提
供了培训、咨询等相关服务。在“3060”双碳目标和全球应对气候变化的背景下，绿盟秘书处也正在致力于推动
工业园区碳达峰、碳中和相关示范试点建设，以及外资在华投资趋势分析等研究。

绿盟积极推动国内外各类清洁技术走进园区，通过“园区行”产业对接系列活动和
“绿创杯”绿色技术创新大赛等形式，截止目前举办国际清洁技术对接121场，收集
了1000余项技术，达成了近300个对接意向，实现节能约35万吨，废弃物填埋量减
少237万吨，减碳近40万吨的减排成果。首届“绿创杯”绿色技术创新大赛共收集
100项创新技术，储备项目18个，融资需求23个。
Facilitating green technology application in industrial parks by organizing
A. Industrial Park Tours through which 121 match-making activities with over 1000 green
technologies obtaining cooperation intentions, and
B. "Green Innovation Cup" Green Technology Competition(GIC), 15 of the 20 finalist
projects at 1st GIC having financing needs, with a total financing scale of about 2.3 billion
CNY, and 8 projects negotiating with and consulted by investors. In addition, 12
technologies have obtained cooperation intentions from representatives of NETDZ.
