1. References: Memorandum from C, RCADD dated April 26, 2022 with same
subject as above.
2. The Duterte Legacy Caravan thru convergence of all government agencies
including LGUs has attained notable success and recognition nationwide in
collaboration with different government agencies and community stakeholders which
highlighted notable results by bringing effective and efficient humanitarian support and
delivery of basic government and frontline services but not limited to health services,
infrastructures, agriculture, education and the like that help uplift the lives of every
citizen especially the poorest among the poor in the far-flung barangays.
3. On May 1, 2022 coincided with the Labor Day Celebration there will be a
Grand Duterte Legacy Caravan Thru Convergence of all Government Agencies
nationwide with the theme ““Pagkakaisa ng Mamamayan at Pamahalaan Tungo
sa Pagbangon, Kapayapaan at Kaunlaran
4. Pres Roxas MPS under the supervision of PCPT ALFRED V DE LEON, OIC
respectfully submitted herewith the after activity report on the above subject.

After Activity Report
On May 1, 2022 at about 8:00 o’clock in the morning ,Pres Roxas MPS
Personnel led by PCPT ALFRED V DE LEON , Officer -In-Charge, in partnership with
Barangay Pondol Council,BHW,RHU,and BPAT members conducted Grand and
Nationwide Simultaneous Duterte Legacy Caravan Thru Convergence of all Government
Agencies at Brgy Pondol of this municipality .
During the program, PCPT ALFRED V DE LEON , Officer -In-Charge discussed
about the overview of The Duterte Legacy Caravan, NTF-ELCAC under EO 70, Roles
and Functions of Lingkod Bayan Advocacy Support Groups, Rules and Regulations on
COMELEC GUN BAN under COMELEC Resolution No.10728 and Executive Order 02
Series of 2022 An Order Prescribing the Implementation of Restrictions under Alert
Level 3.
Afterwards, a Community Outreach Program was followed. A total of fifty (50)
Senior Citizens and twenty (20) childrens beneficiaries were received food packs,
Libreng Gupit,Feeding program,Distribution of Facemask, and leaflets/flyers which was
personally given/distributed by the Pres Roxas PNP and Brgy Cubay Council . In behalf
of the council, Hon. Nilo Gervacio, expresses his heartfelt thanks and appreciation to
the Pres Roxas PNP for helping and sharing their blessings and for choosing Senior
Citizen as recipient of the said program.
Activity ended at about 11:10 in the morning of the same date with positive
result.
At about 09:30 in the morning of May 1,2022,Pres Roxas
MPS Personnel offered Libreng Gupit to the children and Senior
Citizen of Brgy Pondol, Pres Roxas, Capiz. Activity ended of same
date with positive result.
At about 10:30 in the morning of May 1,2022,Pres Roxas MPS PNP
personnel distributed food packs to the Senior Citizen beneficiaries of Outreach
Program. Activity ended of same date with positive result.
At about 08:30 in the morning of May 1,2022,Pres Roxas MPS PNP
personnel conducted feeding program to the children and Senior Citizen of, Brgy
Pondol, Pres Roxas,Capiz. Activity ended of same date with positive result.
At about 10:30 in the morning of May 1,2022, Pres Roxas PNP Personnel headed
by PCPT ALFRED V DE LEON,OIC conducted dialogue/lecture to the populace of Brgy
Pondol of this municipality, about the overview of The Duterte Legacy, NTF-ELCAC
under EO 70, Roles and Functions of Lingkod Bayan Advocacy Support Groups, Rules
and Regulations on COMELEC GUN BAN under COMELEC Resolution No.10728 and

At about 10:00 in the morning of May 1,2022,RHU personnel offered free check -up of
blood pressure of the senior citizen at Brgy Pondol,Pres Roxas Capiz..Activity ended of
same date with positive result.
