MSBTE Online Exam SUMMER-2021


Institute Login
Navigate to MSBTE ONLINE THEORY EXAM PORTAL under Online Activities
2020-21 from official MSBTE website or click on https://exam.msbte.ac.in/oexam/

Please login with your existing username and password on Online Theory Exam Portal
and you will find below screen
After successful login, you will find following links on left side of screen,

1. Institute Home
2. User Manual S-21 Exam
3. Training and instructions video
4. Online Exam S-21 Dashboard Instructions- All exam related Instructions,
Links, Videos are available here
5. Secure Login for Exam S-21- For live dashboard of ongoing online exam.
6. Invigilator Login S-21- For Invigilator login.

In case, a student whose SMS were not delivered or he/she forgets the username and
password or deletes the SMS, he/she has to contact to the institute.

After clicking on Secure Login for Exam S-21, you will be redirected to following screen,
For security reasons you need to re-login to this portal,
1) Select Role as Institute Admin
2) Use your existing Username and password.

After successful login below screen will appear,


Exam Support Numbers & Support Email Address for any examination related query
will be available on Home page.
For live status of currently ongoing exam, click on Exam Dashboard. After Clicking on Exam
Dashboard following screen will appear.

Select from drop down, Date, Slot and Paper Code to check live status which will appear in the table. On
clicking the count in each column will give you the list of candidates.

For live status of Invigilators, click on Invigilator Dashboard. After Clicking on Invigilator Dashboard
following screen will appear.

Select from drop down, Day, Slot and Region Code, Login status, Exam Centers to check live status which
will display Total Assigned Candidates, Total Logged in Invigilators and Total Not Logged In Invigilator.
For details of Invigilator, click on Invigilator Details, following screen will appear.

Password will only share with the Chief Officer in charge via SMS. After verification of password, invigilator
list will display.
Invigilator -

Invigilator login through the link provided on MSBTE Theory Exam Portal.
After clicking on Invigilator Login S-21 link, you will be redirected to following screen

Invigilator entered the Username and Password provided by the Chief In Charge.

After login, following screen display


Please select schedule and click on View button, all assigned candidate will
display on screen.
Red Dot - Candidate not active
Green Dot - Candidate is in progress

On each student window, by clicking on 3 dots, 3 symbols display,


1. Warning
2. Photo captured till yet
3. Pin

When clicking on the Warning button, following screen display, by selecting the
appropriate message and clicking on Send button, warning send to respective
candidate.You can send multiple warnings.
By clicking on the Exam View Image button you can see all images captured till yet.

You can see Summery by clicking summery button. Where you can see total candidates,
Total not Logged in, Total in progress candidates, Total Loged In candidates, Total
Completed Candidates..
You can see list of candidates by two way. By clicking on list button, you can see Grid
View Button and List View Button.
When clicking on List Button view, you can see detailed view of candidate window.

Get Block Status Button - by clicking, you can get the information about candidates.
Block status report-

Get Invigilator Report - By clicking, you can get the Exam start date and time, Exam end
date and time, Exam Status, No of warnings send to the candidates.
