PREPARATION AND ADMINISTRATION OF DIVISION UNIFIED QUARTERLY

ASSESSMENT ACROSS LEARNING AREAS

All Others Concerned

1. In line with the objectives of this division to bridge the learning gaps and
recover from the learning losses relative to the Learning Recovery Plan, the
Department of Education, Schools Division of Bulacan is adopting the division
unified quarterly assessment.

2. The objectives of this activity are as follows:

2.1 to gather relevant information about learners’ performance or progress
relative
to division learning recovery plan;
2.2 to utilize the result in customizing teaching plans based on the needs of
the learners; and
2.3to reinforce the efficacy of teaching and learning.

3. Enclosure Nos. 1 and 2 contain the schedule of activities relative to this

purpose and the list of writers and content evaluators.
4. Expenses to be incurred in the conduct of this activity shall be charged
against the school MOOE, Local School Board and school local funds subject to the
usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is hereby enjoined.
