 Graduated multilayer filter media for highest performance and high dirt hold capacity with up to 7 layers.

Mixture of smallest, mid size and coarse fibers lead to best filtration and high dirt hold capacity.
As a result of the high air permeability, the pressure drop is significant low and leads to high service
intervals even in bad fuel countries.
Compared to paper based filter media, you gain an expanded service interval combined with higher
efficient and stable filtration ratio, even if pulsation and vibration influences the filter element.

▪ TECHNOLOGIES
Multistage Water Separation:
1st Stage
Coalescing function of the hydrophilic filter media: small
droplets are coagulated into large drops and sink by gravity.
Particle-separating function of the hydrophilic filter medium:
protection of the 2nd stage from contamination.

2nd Stage
Separating function of the hydrophobic tissue of the sieve
tube: drops are prevented from passing to the clean side of
the filter. Ensuring the highest demands on water separation.

Effect:
Superb water separation throughout service interval even in
real life and bad fuel.

 In case of vibration and pulsation, the water separation efficiency is still >95%,
since the hydrophobic barrier behaves like an umbrella, shake it and the
“umbrella“ dries quickly.

Effect:
High efficient water separation even under vibrations.
