SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, HONORIO VILMAR CABAGNOT CAMPOS, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident


of Poblacion II, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines, do hereby name, appoint and
constitute, JAIME L. REQUILLO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Barangay Cogon,
Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney to do the following
acts and deed:
1. To FACILITATE and PROCESS at the Office of the Building Official of the City of
Tagbilaran, my application for building permit for the construction of a pent house situated
at 6-2 M. Torralba St., Pob. II, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines;

2. To RECEIVE and SIGN any and all documents, including the PAYMENT of all
lawful fees, in order to carry out the powers herein vested and to represent me in any
agency or instrumentality, whether government or private, relative to said application for
permit; and

3. To DO any other acts related to the foregoing authority.

HEREBY GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact the power and authority to execute
and perform every act necessary to render effective the power vested herein as though I
have so performed it and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that she may do by virtue hereof with
full right of substitution of her person and revocation of this instrument.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my signature this
27 day of July 2015   in the City of Tagbilaran, Bohol, Philippines.
