Communication is the process of transferring information


from one place to another or from one person to another.

We share information, thoughts, and feelings with others through


different mediums and expect a reply or a reaction to the same.

Approach the audience in a friendly and courteous manner.


Avoid the use of passive/aggressive tones. Be open and

manage interactions with businesses and organizations.

8. It’s Activity Time

You learn that buses and trains aren't running because


of a transit strike as you're leaving for work. Every auto-

be great if you could get a lift to the office since he also
