Carisma Industry is a brand that works in creative industryspecializing in
leather products. Carisma comes with a tagline, “Be Charismatic with
Carisma” which represents its value, to make one feel
“Charismatic” in every situation and circumstances.
Carisma Industry was founded on July 2018 but started to actively
produce leather products as a business a year later on 2019. The
production is done on a sociopreneur basis with real leather (not the
synthetic one) as its main material. The entire production process itself
is created by hand under reliable and competent production staff.

Hello, I am Afif Kharisma, founder of Carisma Industry, a brand that established under an aim: To become the
Sociopreneur company that able to satisfy and provide a charismatic look on client by leather products that elegant,
innovative, creative, worth the price and timeless.
Carisma believe that everyone has their own charisma, whether as a businessman, a teacher or a millennial, every
single person have their own color. We also believe that leather is a symbol of a timeless charisma, on the past,
present and future, leather will always be our number one product choice. We will try our best to deliver this value to
our client, in leather we believe that everyone could show off their charisma even better and brighter as ever.
