The Dover Academic Center for Excellence in Daanbantayan, Cebu has established 10 classroom rules for students to follow, including being punctual, respecting others, not talking when others are, no food or drinks in class, no gum or electronic devices, wearing appropriate clothes and hats, no vandalism, and being responsible with garbage. The rules were prepared by adviser Joana Saspa.

Classroom Rules
1. Be punctual. Always be on time.
2. Respect everyone at school.
3. Don’t talk when someone else is talking. Wait for your turn.
4. No foods or drink in the classroom, while the class is going on.
5. NO chewing gum inside the class.
6. Do not use electronic devices such as cellphones, laptop and etc.
7. Wear appropriate clothes. Do not wear tattered clothes/ jeans.
8. Hats shall not be worn during class. Remove hats upon entering the
classroom.
9. NO vandalism. Don’t write or carve on your desk/armchair or
school property. Do not bring the chair outside or in the hallway.
10. Be responsible. Throw your garbage properly.
