Under rule 7(3) of the Inder –State Migrant Workman (Regulation and of Employment
and conditions of service) (Tamil Nadu) Rules, 1983

Form of Certificate by Principal Employer

Certified that:

1) I have engaged the applicant ELITE CONTRACTORS (CHENNAI) PVT LTD


as a contactor in my establishment for the work to be carried out from_____________ to
_______________.

2) I undertake to be bound by all the provisions of the Inder- State Migrant Workman
(Regulation of Employment and conditions of service) Act, 1979 (Central Act 30 of
1979) and the Inter – State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and
Conditions of Service) (Tamil Nadu) rules, 1983 In so far the provisions are applicable to
me in respect of the employment of Inter – State Migrant Workmen by the applicant in
my establishment.
