Hanis Zalikha binti Zainal Rashid, was born on 9 October 1990 in Kuala Lumpur. She
is the second child of seven siblings. Back in the era where blogging was a trend, she has
created her blog website, inibelogsaya.blogspot.com has reached quite a massive number of
followers. She is known as a blogger, model, actress, entrepreneur and also lawyer originally
from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She also holds the title “Most Influential Blog Award” in 2011
and participated in Malaysian Dreamgirl in 2008. Moreover, she also grades top ten in Google
Zeitgeist 2011 search. Hanis Zalikha or her fans called her Keknis was graduated with a
diploma in Business Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Segamat, Johor in 2012.
In addition, she successfully won the Vice Chancellor Award with a Cumulative Grade Average
Rating (CGPA) of 3.9. She also intends to pursue her studies at a bachelor’s degree level apart
from opening her own beauty products business after graduation. Thanks to Hanis Zalikha’s
studies, she has successfully opened her own business called Toujours Skin Collagen Dust
Beauty & Health Supplement with her husband, Hairul Azreen. Now, these products have
been known throughout Malaysia. She also does scarf business named as ‘Cakenis’ that quite
popular among women nowadays.

The term "leader" brings plenty to mind. For example, a passionate leader who is
always keen to advance the business, a researcher who always finds the best solution to the
problem and an open minded who is willing to accept new ideas from the others. Defining a
leader is someone who has the power to lead people within their profession. They have a lot
of loyal fans, ready to receive something. In fact, leaders are motivating themselves and others
to do things better. We set goals, develop vision and together we create something incredible.
Leadership is about what drives organisation's leaders to success. Therefore, the executive
leaders and stakeholders work together to accomplish their organization's goals. But leaders
do need to provide organizational skills to direct people effectively and efficiently to the right
destination. Hanis Zalikha was the general manager responsible for ensuring the subordinates
did their job efficiently and effectively.
