‫ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺎﺕ‬

‫‪ .1‬ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻛﻪ ﺍﻻﻟﺘﺰﺍﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﻤﺎ ﺟﺎﺀ ﻓﻲ ﺍﺷﺘﺮﺍﻃﺎﺕ ﻗﺴﻢ ﺃﻧﻈﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻣﻪ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻢ ﺍﻻﻃﻼﻉ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﻓﻘﺔ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﻗﻊ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .2‬ﻳﺠﺐ ﺍﻥ ﻳﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﺘﺮﻛﻴﺐ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺞ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﻴﻦ ﻭﻓﻨﻴﻴﻦ ﻣﻌﺘﻤﺪﻳﻦ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﺪﻓﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻧﻲ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .3‬ﻳﺠﺐ ﺍﻥ ﻳﺤﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺞ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺎﺭﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﻬﻴﺌﻪ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺘﺒﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﺤﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﺮﻳﺮ ﺍﻟﻔﻨﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﻓﻖ ‪.‬‬
