MOTION FOR EARLIER SETTING


Petitioner, by counsel, unto this Honorable Court most
respectfully states that:

1. The ex-parte of the instant case was set on 10 August


2021 at 1:30 in the afternoon before the honorable court;

2. However, the subject for the petition shall be submitted


without any annotations to PAG-IBIG Fund Corp. on or
before the month of August of the current year as a
requirement for the petitioner’s application;

3. For the above-stated reason, the undersigned is modestly


requesting for an earlier setting of the above entitled
case.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most


respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court to set an earlier
setting of this case for the initial hearing, preferably on the
second week of July 2021.

Other reliefs, just and equitable under the premises are


likewise prayed for.
