WHEREAS, One of the signatories of the new account of the barangay under the
KALAHI-CIDSS NCDDP Project in the person of Elvis C. Viniegas former Barangay Sub-
Project Committee (BSPMC) Chairperson will change to Gil Cercado of KC-NCDDP.

WHEREAS, The constituents of Barangay Biwang, Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat allow

the three authorized signatories to use the new account, namely; Elvis C. Viniegas Barangay
Sub-project Management Committee (BSPMC) Chairperson, Luzminda F. Arevalo Barangay
Treasurer and Rohaima A. Sacar,SWO-2/RFFP of KC-NCDDP.

WHEREAS, implementation eventually follows after sub-project prioritization in

connection to the proposed Sub-Project ( Provision and Installation of Twenty Seven (27) Solar
Streetlights System- (Modular Type), a kapit-bisig Laban sa Kahirapan Comprehensive
Integrated Delivery of Social Services:NCDDP Project to be granted to the people of Biwang,
Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat thru the Department of Social Welfare and Development Region
XII (DSWD).

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Barangay kagawad Hon. Aurora H. Solivio and
duly seconded by the body, be it:

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved authorizing to change one of the signatories in the

person of Elvis C. Viniegas, former Barangay Sub-project Management Committee (BSPMC)
Chairperson of KC-NCDDP to Gil Cercado and the use of new account with account name
DSWD KALAHI CIDSS: NCDDP/BARANGAY BIWANG and Account Number 2452-1064-
29 to any legal transaction in Land Bank of the Philippines Isulan, Sultan Kudarat Branch;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Office of the Manager,
