Sub: Requisition of Question Paper and Payment of Examination fees for the Pre-Board
Examination, 2023 of Class X.

Sir/Madam,
It is to inform you that the District Level Internal Examination Committee is going to
conduct the Pre-Board Examination, 2023 of Class X, headed by the Inspector of Schools, Kamrup
Metro District. Accordingly the Question Papers will be sent school wise through the HSLC
examination centers as per the requirements provided by the concerned school in the prescribed
format. All the schools have to submit the requisition form in hard copy along with the required
fees through their respective HSLC Examination centers on or before 12.12.2022 and the HSLC
examination centers will prepare a consolidated statement of the feeder schools which is to be
submitted to the District Level internal Examination Committee by 15.12.2022 along with the
filled in forms of the feeder schools. The fees are to be deposited in favour of District Level
Internal Examination committee, in the UCO Bank, Guwahati Main Branch, Fancy Bazar, Account
No. 00450110027929.
The District Level Internal Examination Committee has decided to supply Question &
Answer Booklet (There will be provision to write answers in the same Question Booklet) for all the
students. Hence all the institutions are requested to pay a sum of Rs. 80.00 per student as per the
Govt. notification.
The submission of the form and the payment of fees within the stipulated time is
compulsory. The examination materials may not be supplied to the schools who fails to submit the
form and fees in due time. All the concerned are hereby requested to consider the matter
seriously.

N.B: The fees should be deposited through the HSLC Center in the Bank only.
