entertainment personality is looking for a dynamic, hardworking, loyal, and trustworthy Personal Assistant in
their day to day life. This Principal is involved in multiple industries and needs someone who can provide the
utmost support to their personal life and robust career, which has a very busy schedule. Up to 80K DOE plus

work under the Principal’s Day to Day Manager. The Principal’s assistant will also work closely with other
family member’s teams. The perfect candidate would understand that every day is different, is up for any

For much of my teens & 20s, I was obsessed with reaching the finish line but I never wanted to engage in the
“journey.” I wanted to be the best without putting in the work! I mean, call it immaturity, laziness, or ego,
whatever it was, it held me back from any type of forward momentum. Well, I now know it is ONLY when
you engage in the process that you feel the truest sense of pride and not because you are the best or reached the
end faster, but because piece by piece you built something. 

This past year was exclusively about the process. In under 11 months, EyeSwoon went from one employee to a
team of five internally with another 10+ regular consultants. In January, I sought the guidance of the
brilliant @Ericamoorela of @Farsight who is now my business guide & fractional CFO. In February, I
engaged the creative agency, @outsetla to devise an entirely new brand identity. In March, I enlisted
buyer @pamelaberick to take EyeSwoon into the world of e-comm and product development. Then, over the
course of five+ months, we designed a site that is as beautiful as it is functional with the help
of @AudreyDigital. 

Looking back, it’s just insane to think of each baby step because there was nothing “baby” about them—they
were massive leaps forward rooted in intuition, support, trust, and above all, teamwork. I accrued knowledge I
never knew I had within me, I took risks, I listened to those around me who knew more than me, I asked for
help, I was overly scheduled to a breaking point, I cried, I wanted to give up, I dove into the unknown, and I
came out the other side. And I LOVED EVERY PART OF THE PROCESS and every person who guided this
journey to EyeSwoon 2.0. To think it all started around my kitchen island—literally! 

To my brand director @jorxy project manager @natashaivy editorial director @sacha.strebe + VP of


ops @heatherchoi there are simply no words that could ever express how grateful I am to our small team of
get-it-done do-ers. Yes, the process is hard AF and it challenged us every step of the way, but it was in the
building and the problem-solving that relationships were born. We can now stand tall with pride because
together we did this, we built this!
