We are pleased to offer you an employment as a “Computer Operator “with [ER] Ranchi. As part of our hiring practice, we
may conduct [employment references, credit and criminal file] checks and education confirmation. It is understood that
this offer is conditional on positive results from these verifications.
Please read through the letter to understand the terms of your employment indicate your acceptance of the offer by
signing and returning a copy of this letter.
1) Role and position:
You will be employed in the role of [Computer Operator] on the terms and condition as mentioned in this letter.
It may be noted that the employer may allocate additional duties from time to time as suiting your job
designation and skills.
2) Job Location

You will be based at the below mentioned location, although we may direct you to work at different location
from time to time as required by the organization.

Job Location- (RAMGARH)


3) Probation period:

There will be a 15 DAYS probationary period during which you will be given objectives to achieve. Upon
satisfactory completion of the probationary period, you will be considered a permanent employee. Your
employment is subject to successful and satisfactory completion of probation period.

4) Working Hours:

a) As a fulltime employee you will be required to devote substantially the whole of your time and attention during
the employer’s ordinary business hours to the performance of your duties under this policy.
b) You will not be entitled to receive any remuneration for work perform outside of the hours refer to in sub clause
(a) Above.
c) Working hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

5) Salary and Benefits:

a) Your Monthly remuneration will be Rs. 14000/CTC- (Fourteen thousand only.)


b) This remuneration will be paid month-to-month basis and shall be deposited directly into bank account as
nominated/provided by you.
c) The above-mentioned remuneration in the total cost to the company and includes all payment made and
benefits provided by the employer directly or indirectly to or on your behalf whether as remuneration or
otherwise.
d) You will be entitled to receive all benefits coverage offered by the company upon successful completion of your
probationary period. Benefit coverage may be amended from time to time as deemed appropriate by the
company and as directed by laws of the land.
e) Target will be explained by Team Leader on weekly/monthly basis. If the candidate wouldn’t be able to achieve
target given on regular. Basis, remuneration will be deducted appropriately.
6) Company Policies:
You will be required to abide by existing company policies that pertain to your employment and such other
policies that are introduced during your employment

7) Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:
You agree that you will not divulge any of the confidential information or trade secrets of the employer to any
person whether during or after the termination of your employment.

8) Termination:
a) During the probation period, the employer may serve you a notice of termination on grounds of
unsatisfactory performance at any time upon [period of time] notice.
b) Notwithstanding sub clause (a) above, the employer may terminate this policy by notice effective immediately
without payment (except accrued salary up to the date of termination) where you have committed an act of will
full or serious misconduct or significantly will full of your duties or you are in breach of company policies.
