Perform Earth Continuity Tests and Visual Safety Checks, if six months since last
carried out, for each piece of powered equipment (WI 004)
Identify and diagnose primary fault and any secondary problems
Check customer has new ROS Cleaning Pads - 042K92010 (not customer orderable)

Ensure the latest Configuration Report is printed & left with logbook
Ensure there is a current System Backup/Clone on site (customer responsibility)
Check/clean fan intake grills

Call Activities
Print Test Pattern 230 x36 on centreline stock and evaluate IQ
Check Duplex path, especially PL14.1 item 4, and c/o path & 2nd BTR cleaning procedure
Check Dev Tanks & Seals and clean MOB Sensors & Xerographic area
Check operation of machine in all modes to match customer profile
Base Standards
Reset HSFI counters as required & perform a complete closeout
Exit diagnostics using Exit (Clear Log) button to clear the Error Log History Pressure Roll Stripper Fingers removed (leave Baffle in place)
Update Tag Tool as necessary, including software level V80 - v80.36.33 Software (or higher) loaded 
V180 - v80.55.13 Software (or higher) loaded 
V280 (QAM product code) - v81.02.93 Software (or higher) loaded 
V280 (RFQ product code) - v81.10.91 Software (or higher) loaded 
REPORTS MENU - leave print of Shutdown & HFSI Reports in log book UKFINDS Script v5. Report UK_Script Tag 
To access the menu of printable reports: The following options will be displayed: Remove Rear Cover locating pip (mark outside cover as per MBF Document)
•    Enter CE (Service) mode Debug Log Report Lubricate IBT Flywheel Drive Dog using Plastislip (Tag13 & V1/280)
•    Press Machine Status button on UI HFSI Report Set HSFI thresholds as per UKFINDS v7 ACA. Report UK_HFSI Tag 
•    Select Print Reports… Jam Report Fuser Gear Cover fitted (655N50172 =5). Report Fsr_Gr_Cvr Tag
•    Select CE… Shutdown Report Push Here & Light Shock Labels applied. Report UK_PUSH Tag
Failure Report
•    Select a report and press Start  = Updated since last ACA
Refer to latest Management By Fact document for up-to-date information
ENSURE THE CORRECT CALL CAUSAL CODE IS REPORTED (e.g. report 93-317 as 093317) UKFINDS v7 May 2022
