Laser Scanner Debug Guide

This document describes the output patterns of a boom anti-collision laser scanner based on different combinations of left and right boom movements. The scanner has 3 outputs (Out 1, Out 2, Out 3) that each output a 1 or 0 depending on the movement combination. For example, if the left boom moves slowly and the right boom moves fast, Out 1 and Out 2 will output a 1 while Out 3 outputs a 0.
