This letter of gratitude is intended to recognize the hard work and dedication of
our Government, along with CHED and UNIFAST, in fulfilling and disseminating the
higher education subsidy. Your generosity and commitment are just the kind of
government we need today to unify universal access to quality higher education for all
students who need it. Personally, I never thought I would get such an amazing
scholarship and that it would give me the opportunity to immerse myself in all aspects of
college life. With this, it's not just the promissory note that will save me during exams. I
will no longer depend on my parents and they will work to earn money just for daily
needs and to have something to save. As a working student, it also reduces my worries
about my tuition and allows me to save for something to buy for my personal needs.
And most of all, I am improving my education not only with reduced financial problems,
but I am also getting a better focus on my studies.
As I pursued my dreams amid the pandemic, I saw the Tertiary Education
Subsidy as a silver lining on the horizon before the dark clouds of great financial
adversity helping us to keep the flame burning and push the limits without worrying
about paying all dues. The many grants, scholarships, and financial aid opportunities at
CHED and UNIFAST are testament that no one deserves a lack of education. This is
also to address the  UNIFAST Secretariat Directory, your philanthropic interests have
expanded the opportunities available to improve the lives of all unable and
disadvantaged students. This allows for higher education for so many students who are
struggling so much to pay their tuition fees, and with that comes the ladder to success.
Thank you to the entire Directory of UNIFAST Secretariat for investing in our future as
we take responsibility for building the nation, paving our way to success and being the
most responsive professionals of the future.

My Testimony

As a grantee of Tertiary Education Subsidy of UNIFAST, I am grateful and


honored to receive this amazing program, which has enabled me to pursue my
aspirations without fear of financial hardship and to support my educational endeavors.
Because I think that everyone deserves an education, I am grateful to our government
for being an ally in the struggle for access to quality tertiary education in conjunction
with CHED and UNIFAST. I want to convey my heartfelt gratitude to all members of the
UNIFAST Secretariat who have worked tirelessly to ensure that many underprivileged
students have access to higher education. No words can express how important this
financial assistance is to us, because the help we receive from our own nation gives us
so much pride and delight as Filipino students, because it demonstrates how the
government promotes literacy.
People like me, who come from a poor family, are among the most appreciative
because It shed lights in the midst of despair and hopelessness. Thank you so much for
the financial assistance, I am now able to assist my family and myself with my tuition
fees and concentrate on my education. It also enabled me to save for myself and meet
my own needs. I am profoundly grateful for these blessings because we all know that
dreaming and aspiring are completely free, but studying and achieving a degree is really
expensive. That is why I stand as a testament of good governance, demonstrating that
all Filipino kids are wonderful learners with the dedication to maybe champion life
obstacles, and we deserve this financial support.
