1 Project Abstract (mandatory)
This project is based on a tutor-student communication system. This goal is to
establish a simple, quick, and seamless communication network between tutors and
students. This project also provides some opportunities that will benefit both the
tutors and the students in their educational endeavors. So, in order to improve the
communication system, we created our project, which will greatly benefit the users.
This proposal will enhance the students' self-belief in studying, communicating, and
so on. Most students are unwilling to waste their valuable time, and a large number
of students are too shy or introverted to approach their respective teachers. In this
case, a home tutor can assist students. This is in compared to tutoring centers or
after-school programmers that provide tutoring. The service most often consists of
one-on-one attention given to the student; otherwise, it is known as small group
tuition, in which the tutor and a limited number of learners meet at one of their
homes for tutoring. Our project will provide them with a smart solution. Our
projects will not only recreate the entire system online, but will also assist users
offline. It will save time, and students will no longer have to worry about their
homework.

2 Introduction (mandatory)
A tuition is a form of personalized teaching or coaching offered to students for a particular
course or subject. The times have changed and tuitions are accessible from anywhere,
anytime because of the advancement in technology. Home tuition apps are mobile
applications that help tutors connect with students. Online education is the future and
people across the globe have started making the shift to online methods of teaching and
learning. Teachers and students can stay in the comfort of their homes while they can
give/get access to quality education.
In our proposed system there are three entities student tutor and admin. In our proposed
system tutor and students register themselves in the application and then complete their
profiles in application. Student or student parents give the rating and reviews to the tutor.
Tutors’ profiles shown on the basis of reviews and rating. Admin has authority to block the
tutor on the basis of his continuously negative reviews and rating. Our system track student
task record and send the report to his parents/guardian number. Automatic progress report
is generated. Student pay tutor fees online by using application
3 Motivation and Scope (mandatory)
Motivation:
The motivation to work in this project is actually our real-life experience. As a student we
face many difficulties in our study. We also need guidance to build a good career. Tutors
can help students a lot to continue their study life and to build career. So, communication
with teachers is very much important for a student. But the problem is to get teachers when
they are free as they have a lot of work to do. Though, teachers have counseling hour for
students but they may not be available for some important work like meeting, seminar or
some personal issues. Sometimes teachers don’t receive anonymous phone calls or cannot
receive the call for some reason. Then the student can’t freely share their problems to
teacher. This situation motivates us to make an android app to communicate with the tutors
and students. Using the app students can find their useful tutors and make a post to find
tutor/student as per need.
Scope:
Our home tuition app for students, you can select teachers according to their desired.
Best Teachers: In our system we have the best teachers from across the city

 Practice: Practice makes perfect. Solve lots of questions and revise concepts using the
practice sets created by the best teachers.
Opportunity: opportunity of employment is increase.
Easiness: Student and teacher will not face the trouble of travel and also save rent money.

4 Related Work (mandatory)

A number of applications related to this task available, but none are identical. Some
applications that are similar are listed below. To tell about related works, the first name
that comes to mind is Google Classroom. It is only available to teachers and students
enrolled in a school that has a Google Apps for Education account. Teachers can create
classrooms here, and students can join using the classroom code. The teacher can make an
announcement for specific students or for all students. Individual assignments can also be
given in the classroom by the teacher. Another app that is very similar is Buzz Mob. It is a
communicating app among teachers, students and parents. Joining school or classroom a
user can send or receive message, share photos, videos or other files. It sends important
notifications about assignments, event dates or general updates. BuzzMob.com account is
needed for a school or classroom to use this service. There is a school messaging app that
is named Remind. It provides real time messaging to the users. Remind also allows users
to add reminder. Using Remind it is possible to send text messages to any phone. There are
other apps to help teacher organize classes, manage student information like attendance,
grade etc. Teacher Kit, Teacher App & Grade Book are this kind of app. There are also
some class scheduler apps available in Play Store like My Class Schedule: Timetable,
Teacher Schedule, Class Schedule etc.

5 Requirements (mandatory)

 Registration of students and tutor is done by Admin.

 Admin can change the policies at any time if required.
 Registration of the student and tutors depend upon the information filled by them.
 Admin can block any tutor on the basis negative reviews ana rating of his profile.
 In the database information of every student and tutor is stored.
 Database shows the information of every user.

6 Goals and Objectives (mandatory)

The main goals and objective of this project is to build a platform where student and tutor
can communicate with each other.
 Home tutors provide one-on-one attention
 They can work on learning easily
 Student can easily share problems
 Home Tutor teach them more than the syllabus
 Student get a flexible and convenient space
 A Home Tutor can help your child have goals, objectives and dreams
 Any time answer to students’ questions by online chat.
