So far, total estimated Work done of Rs. 41.37 Million has been achieved which is almost 6.73% of the Project cost and can be taken as up-to-date physical progress of Works. Taking into consideration the fact, that only possession of 22% area have been yanted by the Employer. 6.3 Delays Contractor can't execute Works at the areas where Employer has not given the Possession of Site, So far, possession of only 22 % area has been granted by the Employer. In order to complete the Works in time, Employer has to expedite the clearance of land issues with due expedition and without further delay.
