Functional Spec

The document outlines requirements for creating new programs, scripts, and output types for a film line in Spartanburg. Key requirements include: 1. Copying existing programs, scripts, and output types and annotating them for the film line 2. Updating output determination procedures to include the new types 3. Modifying output formats for various documents like bills of lading, certificates of analysis, and packing lists based on whether the order is for rolls or sheets. The logic for populating test results on certificates of analysis is also defined.

1. PROCESS / FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1.1 Requirement Type

 NEW DEVELOPMENT  MODIFY the existing Program

1.2 Requirement Details

( Define the development scope clearly )
Create new BOL, ASN, CofA, PICK Output (Config)

FILM LINE:
1. Create a new program ZVADDN04 by copying program ZVADDN01. Notate in the
description of program ZVADDN04 that this program is for the Film Line in
Spartanburg.
2. Create new sapscripts:
 ZKOSABOL4 by copying existing sapscript ZKOSABOL;
 ZKOSAASN4 by copying existing sapscript ZKOSAASN;
 ZKOSA_COAS4 by copying existing sapscript ZKOSA_COAS;
 ZKOSA_PACK_LIST4 by copying existing sapscript
ZKOSA_PACK_LIST;

3. Create new Output Types:

 ZBL4 by copying existing type ZBL0 (bill of lading)
 ZAS4 by copying existing type ZASN (advanced ship notice)
 ZCA4 by copying existing type ZCOA (cert. of analysis)-Details given
below
 ZL04 by copying existing type ZL00 (packing list)-Details given below

4. Access Sequences do not change.

5. Output Determination Procedure, make following additions:

 Procedure Z10001 add:
o ZBL4 – step 160, counter 0
o ZAS4 – step 34, counter 2
o ZCA4 – step 85, counter 0 (Requirement 1)
o ZLO4 – step 104, counter 0

Requirements Document Template Ver 1.0 Page: 3

 Procedure Z10002 add:
o ZBL4 – step 155, counter 0
o ZAS4 – step 36, counter 0

5. ZBL4 – Bill of Lading -

 Remove reference to Batch numbers.
 ‘Total Package Count’ text should be changed to ‘Total Pallet Count’.
 Total Pallet Count value is derived from the Count of HUMV4-HISTU
with hierarchy level ‘0’.
 Gross Weight will remain the same.
 Net Weight is only the product on the pallet minus packaging. Should be
‘Delivery Quantity’ for Item No. 10.
 Tare Weight is total packaging material weight. For Rolls, tare weight is
pallet and cores. For Sheets, tare weight is pallet only.

6. ZAS4 – Advanced Ship Notice

 Remove reference to ‘INVISTA BPI’ in Item Detail section.
 Replace ‘Batch/Lot’ with ‘Pallet’ in Detail Header section.
 Remove ‘Picked Qty’ from Header and Detail.
 Each pallet number (HUMV4-IDENT) where HUMV4-HISTU with
hierarchy level ‘0’. Print each pallet number along with Net & Gross LBs
(V51VE-BRGEW or VEKPVB-BRGEW) and Net & Gross KGs. Net LBs
should be first then Gross LBs. Net KGs should be after Gross LBs and
then Gross KGs.

7. ZCA4 – Certificate of Analysis

 Sections: Sold To Customer, Ship To Customer, Shipment Information
remain the same.
 Remove section titled ‘Resin Information’.
 For Sheet Orders, See attached file “SAP Ticket Request Form--FILM
LINE Create OUTPUT CofA Sheets example.DOC” for format of section
labeled ‘Product Analytical Data For This Shipment:’.
 For Roll Orders, See attached file “SAP Ticket Request Form--FILM
LINE Create OUTPUT CofA Rolls example.DOC” for format of section
labeled ‘Product Analytical Data For This Shipment:’.

8. ZLO4 – Packing List

 Keep current format but detail information columns must change.
o For Sheet Orders, See attached file “SAP Ticket Request Form--
FILM LINE Create OUTPUT Pack List Sheets example.XLS” for
format of detailed info section.
o For Rolls Orders, See attached file “SAP Ticket Request Form--
FILM LINE Create OUTPUT Pack List Rolls example.XLS” for

Requirements Document Template Ver 1.0 Page: 4

format of detailed info section.

9. Update current Invoice program ZVADIN01 and sapscript ZKOSAINV for

the following:
 These changes are only for distribution channel ‘FL’.
 Container Count = # of pallets (VEKP-EXIDV where HUMV4-HISTU
equals level 0)
 Instead of listing each batch and net weight, List each Pallet and net
weight
o Pallet number - VEKP-EXIDV where HUMV4-HISTU equals level
0
o Net weight - HUMV4-QUANTITY where material equals the
ordered material.

For output type ZCA4 the logic below will help us arrive to the data.

FILM ROLLS
Format and Information should remain the same in sections prior
to the section below.
For Roll Orders (Class 001 for material where ‘Product Type’ = ‘Film Rolls’)

#4. In the production order, which is associated to the sales order, the value can be found in
the Operation Overview where the Standard Text Key field AFVGD-KTSCH = ‘IV’. Print
the value in the associated Operation Short Text field AFVGD-LTXA1.
