To the Order dated November 2, 2022
Petitioner, by and through the undersigned counsel and unto this
Honorable Court, most respectfully avers that:

1. On 21 November 2022 Petitioner received from this Honorable Court


an Order dated 2 November 2022, directing the Petitioner to furnish
copies of the Petition with its Annexes within five (5) days from
receipt of such Order to the following office:

A. Office of the Solicitor General


B. Office of the Provincial Prosecutor
2. In compliance to the said order, Petitioner hereto attached the Proof
of Service of the Petition with Annexes being served upon the above-
mentioned offices through Registered Mail; Copy of the proof of
service is herein attached as Annex “A” and made an integral part
hereof.

3. Likewise Copy of the Affidavit of Service of Kate Gonzales who


personally served through Registered Mail on _______________ is hereto
attached as Annex B and made an integral part hereof:
