WORKSHEET#3

1. What are the traits that make up a good Filipino citizen? Provide situation or examples
where we could see these? (at least 4 traits)
▪ Respect – If an old lady or a man told you to stop the bad thing you doing you must stop and obey
them.

▪ Honesty – If someone drop their wallet or anything that you know that it is important to the owner, do
everything that you can so that you can get it back.

▪ Love of country – If the national anthem of the Philippines is being played you must stand still and put
your left hand on your heart.

▪ Sense of responsibility – If you get up in the morning, you must fix your bed before going anywhere.
Make sure that your room or your bed is clean and in order.

2. As a future educator, how can you inculcate the essence of being a good and responsible
citizen to your learners?
I’m going to teach them how important to be a good citizen in every country, not just
here in our country, I’m going to teach them on how to act a good citizen in every country. I’ll start by
disciplining them inside my classroom if there will be a face to face in my time when I become an
educator.

3. Cite the importance of good governance?

The importance of good governance ensure that political, social and economic priorities
are based on broad consensus in society and that the voices of the poorest and the most vulnerable are
heard in decision-making over the allocation of development resources.

4. If you were a graduate or are already in a position to work, would you stay in your own country.,
the Philippines, in your own native province/town or city, or would you rather go to another country
work? State where and your reasons for your decision. You may freely write in Filipino or English.

 If I were graduate or are already in a position at work, I would stay in my own

country, the Philippines. The salary might be bigger on other country. But, what
can we say, there’s no place like home. I studied and completed my degree here
in the Philippines. I grew up in this country and I know that if needs me. If I worked
for another country, it would satisfy my needs financially but I’ll be deprived of my
family. We are the nations hope but why do we prioritize other nations before our
own? Concluding everything I stated, I shall stay loyal to my own. Being a teacher
someday I will serve my country and helps the students to have more knowledge
about our country.
