REPORT SUMMARY
I. OBJECTIVES ● To deliver the State of Barangay Address
● To inform the constituents of the financial status,
accomplishments, on-going and planes Program,
Projects and Activities of the Barangay and the
Sangguniang Kabataan.
● To render/present committee and reports
● Discuss other matters
II. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE 1. PRELIMINARIES
ACTIVITY
● The Activity commenced at 8:00 in the Morning, and
started with a prayer via Audio Visual Presentation
followed by the singing of the Philippine National
Anthem and Baggao Hymn led by Sangguniang
Barangay Member Lenny T. Agpalza.

● The Master of Ceremony, Jovencio C. Ramirez, Jr.

acknowledged the local officials present (may list
the name of key barangay officials and guests)

2. PRESENTATION OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS

● The SOBA was rendered by PB Nestor A. Geron by

presenting the Accomplishment’s for the CY 2022
as stated follows:

a. Construction of Barangay Storage Room.

b. Rehabilitation of Railing (Terrace).
c. Renovation of Barangay Secretary Office.
d. Completion of Barangay Kitchen.
e. Installation of 11 Units Solar Street Lights.

He explained that these projects were implemented

in the three quarters of the year, he even
reiterates the budget of each project and who
made them. He further said that the funds that
were used in these projects came from the 20%
development fund of the barangay. He added that
the only thing that was not implemented was the
Gravelling of Farm to Market road, he explained
that the reason why it was not implemented was
because of the lack of Municipal Equipment to be
used but he promised that it would be implemented
before the end of the year 2022.

● Barangay Treasurer, Constante M. Jacobe

presented before the Barangay Assembly members
the compliance of the barangays on BDFP where
some documents were posted in the BFDP Board
was discussed and also reminds those residents
who are still not yet securing their Cedula that they
need to get it before the end up of the last quarter.

● Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson Jonelene D.

Pablo, Announces their Accomplishment for the CY
2022 as stated follows:

Senior Students and College Students.
Procurement of 2 Units Bluetooth Speaker

She also told to the parents of those who applied for

the SK Scholarship that on this coming Saturday she
will award their stipend, school supplies and a Covid
Kit. She added that if possible they would go in
person and they had to go at the set time or day,
she said that the student's parents cannot be the
ones to pick them up because they have something
to sign. But some parents begged if they could take
it because their children had class that day, but SK
Chairperson Pablo replied that it was not really
possible because they had to sign something.

There was a resident Punong Barangay
who raised his Nestor A. Geron
problem because of replied that if
the smelly piggery possible, those who
near their home. It is raise pigs should dig a
said that its smell is so channel for their pig's
bad that they cannot poop to prevent it
help but stay away from scalding. He also
from their home. reminded that if
possible; keep the
piggery away from
households to avoid
complaints from
neighbors. He further
said that they should
be responsible for
taking care of THEIR
pigs and that if
anyone complains, he
should not wait for the
officials or LGU to
come to them.

4. OTHER MATTERS

● Sangguniang Barangay Member Jazel J. Diza

also informs the attendees of the Assembly Day
that on the past few days, There is a recipients
of a rice subsidy fertilizer have complained about
the fertilizer that they got in a Farm Supply. The
said fertilizer was floated when they used it in
their rice farm therefore SB Member Diza
request everyone that if there is an incident like
that, they should not hesitate to inform him so
that he can take an appropriate action
immediately.
● He also announces that the Municipal Agriculture
Office is willing to Conduct a Seminar about
Vegetable Production In the Barangay. He ask
the residents if they are interested and willing to
attend if the said office will conduct a seminar.
Therefore, those residents who attended the
meeting has agreed to have a seminar to learn
more about what should be done on how to
properly plant and care for vegetable crops.

● Sangguniang Barangay Member Lenny T.

Agpalza, were reminded those who attended the
meeting to always watch and monitor their
teenage children with their friends, family
members and advise them not to go out unless
necessary. She said this because the case of
rape today in Baggao is increasing, She also said
that the other victims are family members who
have harmed them so she asked the parents
who attended to pay attention to the such cases.

● Sangguniang Barangay Jerry A. Estrella,

announces to fellow PWDs and Senior Citizens
that they should procure a Printer next year, it
was already approved by the council last session
so in next year it can be purchased. He also
added that the fund of PWD is not enough for
them to buy because it lacks three thousand
pesos so he asked the president of the senior
citizen that if possible, he will give an additional
amount from their fund to buy a printer if

possible. He further said that it is a great help to
them because they can use it to print papers
and photocopy documents such as their ID.
Therefore the senior citizens agreed to share
their funds.
