means to be human.
Enlightenment ideal: Posthumanism often seem to share this
view, bringing progress through technology.
Philosophy: Understood as a critique of humanism. Also, a
cultural stance on the embeddedness of change with social
processes.

biological substances by the transplanting of genes.

The power to eliminate characteristics they dont like,

or the appearances they want.
