Undertaking: Construction of swimming pool

Dear Nakheel Asset Management and Infrastructure,

Plot#........................... at ................................ Community, undertake and confirm that
all works in my property will not include diverting or discharging ground water
resulting from excavation works and any discharge water from my swimming pool
into the sewage and/or drainage network of the property or directly into the
common area in the Community outside my property.
I confirm that I will be held responsible for any damages to the sewage network due
to any discharging any amount of ground water and any discharge water from my
swimming pool through my property’s manhole and will bear any financial burden
that may arise due to such an act.
