REFLECT Pahiram!
"Pahiram!" is a children's novel. " is a fantastic and quite educational book. According to my
understanding, the requirement in the first scenario was to return the art materials that Lena
borrowed from her brother. The brother is the creditor, and Lena is the debtor. The object of
prestation is represented by the art materials. A natural obligation is the legal tie or source of
duty. Lena cannot be imprisoned only for failing to return the art materials to her brother, but she
does have an obligation to do so.
The next situation involves their mother asking Leo to obtain rice from Aling Chona's store. The
mother is obligated to pay the rice at the end of the month. Aling Chona is the creditor, and Leo
and Lena's mother is the debtor. The rice is the subject of the presentation, and the source of the
duty was a natural obligation. It is called natural responsibility since there is still an obligation in
that case because Aling Chona trusts the mother that it would pay at the end of the month as
promised by the mother.
Mang Karding arrived and saw the two siblings in the third situation. Mang Karding informed
the siblings that he was also owed money by their cooperative. Mang Carding's obligation was to
pay for the fertilizers as well as the interest. Mr Alegro, the owner of the largest farm at their
location, is the creditor, while Mang Karding is the debtor. The fertilizers are the focus of the
lecture because Mang Karding requires them as a farmer. The natural duty is the source of
responsibility.According to Article 3 Section 20 of the 1987 Constitution, "No individual will be
imprisoned for debt or non-payment of a poll tax," although Mang Karding's obligation to pay
remains.
In the final scenario, the mother and siblings went to Aling Simang to purchase the school outfit.
The mother informed Aling Simang that the uniform would be paid at the end of the month. The
mother's responsibility is to pay for the uniform.Aling Simang is the creditor, and her mother is
the debtor. The school uniform is the object of prestation, and the legal tie or source of
responsibility is the natural duty. The mother pledged to pay for the school uniform at the end of
the month, and she is required to do so. The advantages of obligation are that we learn and grow
more responsible as individuals. It motivates us to stay motivated and assists us in understanding
and managing.
When we are accountable for our responsibilities, we can have better relationships with others,
boost our earnings in company, and establish new opportunities. It also assists us in developing
better systems within ourselves. In the disadvantages of obligation, even if a person was unable
to pay his or her debt, he or she cannot be imprisoned unless that person is guilty of fraud.
Obligation can sometimes produce turmoil as a result of a person's neglect. As we all know, there
is a lot of news about murders, theft, and other crimes, and the criminals forget their
responsibilities to be decent and better citizens of their country, which is where the problem or
issue arises. I'm glad I discovered these facts.
Everyone who reads the narrative will take away an essential lesson. It demonstrates the
significance and consequences of obligation in a person. It encourages everyone to take
responsibility for their actions in order to build positive relationships with others. In that simple
scenario, I learnt to examine and identify the duties parts, object prestation, and the legal tie or
source of duty. I now understand what an obligation is and how it works. I'd like to share my
knowledge with everyone around me so they can be informed and encouraged to be better
individuals.
