would like to take this opportunity to submit our proposal for your requirements.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Reservation
The reservation of one of our vehicles needs complete fulfillment of following
requirements:
1. Full Name
2. Address
3. Contact Number(s)
4. At least 1 valid ID
5. Itinerary
6. Vehicle type to be rent
Vangaux Delivery Services will give a provisory confirmation note upon
submission of all the requirements. The final confirmation will be completed after
the client pays the Fifteen Thousand Pesos (Php 15 000.00) deposit atleast
twenty-four (24) hours prior to the established rental start date and time.
2. Daily Chauffer’s Fee
The Daily Chauffeur’s Fee shall be a fixed amount of Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos
(Php 850.00). This shall be broken down into:

i. 6-day work per week with a maximum of ten (10) hours service coverage
including a one (1) hour meal break.

Vangaux will provide the Chauffeur’s three (3) meal per day and accommodation
for the entire time of car rental.

3. Additional Chauffeurs Fees

Vehicle Maintenance
Vangaux Delivery Services shall be responsible for the registration, maintenance
repair and payment for all applicable taxes concerning all Leased Vehicles. This
includes check-up and normal servicing for every 5000 km run by such vehicle.
Vangaux Delivery Services shall bear maintenance costs arising from ordinary
wear and tear of the vehicle. Vangaux Delivery Services shall also answer the
cost of oil and lubricants amounting to a maximum of Five Thousand Pesos (Php
5000.00). Any cost over and above said amount shall be shouldered by the client.

In all cases where leased vehicle require repair, Vangaux Delivery Services must
be notified for service within twenty-four (24) hours. Vangaux Delivery Services
shall incur no liability for failure to supply or reduce or abate the lease charge
correspondingly with reference to the number of days where client failed to notify
Vangaux Delivery Services withing twenty-four (24) hours from the knowledge
of the need of such repair.

5. Fuel and Incidental Fees


The client must notify Vangaux Delivery Services if they will provide the fuel or
not. Each vehicle shall be delivered to the client with full gas tank. Parking and
Toll Fees shall be shouldered by the client.

6. Rental Fee
Renter is required deposit to Vangaux Delivery Services in the amount of Fifteen
Thousand Pesos (Php 15 000.00) as charge in the event of loss or damage of the
Rental Vehicle during the term of this car rental agreement. The deposit can also
be used by the renter as payment after the rental vehicle is returned.
