Retail Mode Guideline

Notice

How to check your device type(LDU/RDU)

Go to Settings > About device > Model number

LDU - If the Model number is SM-N930X, SM-G930X, then your phone is LDU

RDU - If the Model number is not SM-N930X, SM-G930X, then your phone is RDU
(for example, SM-N930F/SM-N930S, SM-G930F/SM-G930S)

Installation for RDU

1. Download Retail Mode application
Download from
Option 1) Access to MISS (http://miss.sec.samsung.net) site on your computer
1) MISS > Retail Marketing > In-store Experience > Retail Mode
2) Search the title which you want to install
3) Download 2 files (RetailMedia.main, SamsungRetailMode APK)

Option 2) Access to RetailSamsung (http://retailsamsung.com) site on your computer


1) Menu > Retailmode
2) Search the title which you want to install
3) Download 2 files (RetailMedia.main, SamsungRetailMode APK)

2. Install Retail Mode application on RDU device
2-1. Connect the phone with your computer, then click ‘ALLOW’ button in “Allow access..” pop-up
2-2. Copy 2 files(RetailMedia.main, SamsungRetailMode APK) into “Download” folder on your phone

2-3. Click “My device”
2-4. Click “Download”

3. Set up Samsung Retail Mode
3-1. Click Confirm button
3-2. Enter master password as “5444” and set up your subsidiary and Store ID
3-3. Wait for auto installation done
3-4. Turn on the option and press Back key 2 times instead of press home key

1. Download Retail Mode application
Download from
