General instructions:

1- Manufacturer’s compliance shall be indicated in front of each test.


2- Approved Data Schedule & final drawings for the equipment / Material shall be attached.
3- Test Procedure & Day-to-day activity schedule shall be attached for approval.
4- The ITP must be duly signed and stamped by manufacturer's authorized personnel.
5- This document is valid for testing after S&SD approval.
