The Coding

Enable Adjustable Ambiance/Background lighting (Foot Lighting)

There are two stages to this, one is enabling the Ambiance lighting and the second
is activating the menu to control the brightness.

Step One: Enable Ambiance Lighting.

- (1 = active)
