NOTES:
1. THIS DATA SHEET SHALL BE COMPLETELY FILLED BY THE VENDOR, STAMPED, SIGNED AND DEVIATIONS CLEARLY MARKED FOR ACCEPTANCE. QUOTATION WITHOUT THIS DATA SHEET WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
FOR TECHNICAL REVIEW AND EVALUATION.
2. THE DOUBLE BLOCK & BLEED ASSEMBLY SHALL HAVE THREE VALVES- PRIMARY ISOLATION, SECONDARY ISOLATION & BLEED VALVE, ALL INTEGRATED IN A FORGED SINGLE PIECE. THE HANDLES/ WRENCH POSITION
OF PRIMARY ISOLATION & SECONDARY SOLATION SHALL BE ON OPPOSITE BODY FACES. THE BLEED SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH BLIND FLANGE, GASKET AND BOLT.

3. GRAPHITE BASED PACKING SHALL CONTAIN CORROSION INHIBITOR TO PREVENT OXIDATION OF THE STEM.

4. ELASTOMERIC SEALS SHALL BE ANTI-EXPLOSIVE DECOMPRESSION (AED) TYPE AND SHALL BE SUITABLE FOR SERVICE AND DESIGN CONDITIONS.
5. ALL MATERIALS SHALL BE SUITABLE FOR USE IN SOUR ENVIRONMENT AND CERTIFIED TO NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 LATEST EDITION.
6. VENDOR SHALL CONFIRM THAT THE CORROSION ALLOWANCE IS INCLUDED IN THICKNESS CALCULATION OF CARBON STEEL PARTS (IN CONTACT WITH FLUID).
7. VENDOR TO CONFIRM ALL WETTED PARTS ARE SUITABLE FOR PROCESS FLUID AND FOULING MATERIALS AS FOLLOWS:
Max CO2-1 Mol%, Max H2S-200 PPM (maximum concentration in gas phase), Max CHLORIDE-103.7 gm/lit.
