Symptom
The contracts details are not appearing in the My Inbox app while approving the work items.

Environment
SAP Fiori
SAP Fiori for SAP S/4 Hana 1709
SAP Fiori for SAP S/4 Hana 1610

Cause
This is a program error.

Resolution
Execute the following steps, in this order:

1. Implement the SAP Note 2563047 (/sap/support/notes/2563047).


2. Execute the manual steps described in the SAP note 2431676 (/sap/support/notes/2431676) (ignore the
release version).
3. Clear the SAP GUI caches as described in the KBA 2319491 (/sap/support/notes/2319491).
