1. Project Engineer - JDB Design & Build Pte Ltd (July 2022 to date)
Project: Proposed new erection of 3 Nos of 3-storey envelope control terrace dwelling
houses with ATTIC at 19 East coast drive Singapore 459157
➢ Co-ordinate Excavation works, Shoring works and Pile hacking works.
➢ Bar schedule preparation and supervise the reinforcement works -Pile caps, Columns, Slab,
beams, RC wall & Household shelters.
➢ Carry out structural analysis & Geotechnical analysis and preparation of drawings.
➢ Preparing Reports for building inspections, Method of Statement, Incident investigation
report & Defect tracking logs.
➢ Ensure the clearance of authority requirements and submission.
➢ Maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests,
inspections, status of work, safety, site diary, materials, equipment on site, labor, day works,
provisional quantities.

Lanka

➢ Ensure that all Project works comply with safety, Quality and Environmental requirements.
➢ Assist Project manager in Project Planning and Project management.
➢ Monitoring bored piling works including verticality check, installation of steel casing with
vibro-hammer, pile boring, confirmation of soil samples as per bore log, confirmation of rock
level and toe level of piles, installation of pile rebar cages, air lift cleaning and casting of bored
piles and Pile testing (PDA, PIT, ULT, and SLT)
➢ Preparing Reports for building inspections, Method of Statement and bar schedule to Clients.
➢ Co-ordinate Reinforcement (Pile caps, Slab and beams) and Concrete structure works.
➢ Oversee the survey works and checking the levels of slab formworks and the works when
concreting including testing and test cube preparation.

3. Site Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor- Tecora Construction (Pvt) Ltd. (Aug 2019- Sept 2020)
Project: Design, Modification & Refurbishment of College of Technology – Kandy Sri Lanka

➢ Prepare Progress Reports, Method Statement, Safe Work Procedures, Risk Assessment
Monthly bills and variations.
➢ Carry out structural analysis & design and preparation of structural drawings.
➢ Coordinate the casting and installation of precast footings.
